The platform most agents are on was built a long time ago. Here is what we did differently.
01The price is the price
$99/mo solo, $149 team, $249 boutique. No setup fee. Month-to-month. A 2026 stack costs a fraction to run, and the price reflects the actual cost.
02You configure it, not a support queue
Specialty pages, lead gates, content, agent profiles, and branding -- all toggled from your dashboard. Change it, and it is live immediately.
03It looks like 2026, by default
The home is the product and the site is the storefront. Map search on clean modern cartography, fast page renders, and photo-forward listing pages.
04Your brand, your domain, your data
The domain stays yours. Leads and content export as CSV/JSON on exit. The book of business you build on CayIQ belongs to you.
05Bring your entire book with you
We migrate your leads for you. Verified leads push automatically to Constant Contact, so the site feeds the email list you already run.
06Same MLS data the big vendors use
Listings via Trestle -- the identical IDX source the legacy vendors license. ~14,500 live listings in the Hilton Head feed, syncing every 15 minutes.
07Dogfooded before it was sold
Our first production site is a working Hilton Head agent running her actual business on it -- full feature set, real lead flow, real MLS volume.
