Where the legacy players still win

Questions, answered plainly
$99 seems too low. What am I missing?
You are not missing a setup fee or a required annual contract. A 2026 tech stack costs a fraction per tenant to run compared to a 2010 stack. We are not subsidizing the price; the price reflects the actual cost.
I am locked into my current vendor. What should I do?
Find the renewal date first. If you still have time left, use the 14-day trial to compare quietly and plan the switch before the renewal window sneaks up on you.
What about a CRM?
CayIQ is not trying to replace every CRM. It captures leads, handles site inquiries and saved searches, and can sync leads to Constant Contact for supported accounts. If you already have a CRM you love, keep it.
What if you go out of business?
Fair question. Your domain remains yours, and data export on exit is part of the product promise. We will not hold your lead data hostage to prove a point.
What is IDX?
IDX (Internet Data Exchange) is the standard that lets your website display active MLS listings from your local board. CayIQ pulls live listings into your site so buyers search current inventory on your own domain.
